We have some very creative value offerings in mind to help boost your lending potential during the critical post-education period, so we will advise Bardites to let your equity grow until you need a housing for payment or similar, however we will share a clear vesting period as we define our SPV. Expect it to be similar to other capital investments in an SME.

How can you guarantee rent can be earned?

We do not guarantee, we aspire that all Bard members earn their rent as a minimum threshold for measuring success. We work with high value entities doing high value and critical work so that you get above average earnings. We also work remotely and offer quality assurance via our advisory groups.
